Parents Plus are delighted to be working in partnership with Parentline to deliver four online parenting courses, which are open to the public, and starting in February 2022.
The online parenting courses include:
- Parents Plus Early Years Course (1-6 year old’s), starting on Tuesday 1st March 2022, 7.30 – 9.30pm
- Parents Plus Children’s Course (6-11 year old’s), starting on Tuesday 1st March 2022, 7.30 – 9.30pm
- Parents Plus Adolescent Course (12-17 year old’s), starting on Wednesday 2nd March 2022, 7.30 – 9.30pm
- Parents Plus Parenting when Separated Course, starting Thursday 24th February 2022, 7.30 – 9.30pm
Each course is delivered online via Zoom by a professionally qualified facilitator over six two-hour weekly sessions to a group of about 14 parents. The facilitators will also meet with parents individually online prior to the course starting.

Again it will be about capturing the stories and then helping the parents to develop their own story telling and writing and creative skills while also helping them see the value of stories for children.
Stories are incredibly important for children to find their own way in the world, for making sense of events and building resilience.
We have two different locations for running these courses and our service is Covid compliant with HSE guidelines in place and 2m distancing.
